Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

1. Statement from Nicholas Desrosiers, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, Liberty Sports Group, LLC

The global operations of Liberty Sports Group, LLC (comprised of Liberty Sports Group, Front Row Hospitality, LLC, DCI Projects, Liberty inVenue, and other affiliated companies) are founded on the principle of ethical business practice and our core value of ACCOUNTABILITY. We are uncompromisingly committed to preventing acts of modern slavery and human trafficking from occurring within our business operations and our supply chain. We impose these same high standards on every supplier and partner we engage with across North America and beyond. Our Anti-Slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting with integrity in all our business relationships and to implementing effective systems to ensure slavery and human trafficking do not take place anywhere in our global network.

2. Structure of the Organisation

Liberty Sports Group, LLC is a leading global operator providing integrated solutions across Venue Management, Hospitality, and Facilities & Development. We manage stadiums, arenas, and entertainment districts, working with thousands of workers (including full-time employees, part-time staff, and casual labor) to deliver fan experiences and operational excellence. Our Front Row Hospitality division is a major catering and food service operator, which includes complex supply chains for food, beverage, and retail merchandise.

As our global and UK operations exceed the financial threshold set out in the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and other applicable international legislation, Liberty Sports Group, LLC is required to publish this statement setting out the measures we take to prevent modern slavery.

3. Policies

As part of our commitment to combating modern slavery, we have implemented an Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. This Policy is integrated into our wider Code of Conduct and Ethics and is reviewed annually to ensure its relevance and effectiveness. A summary of our policy is available upon request.

4. Due Diligence

As part of our efforts to monitor and reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring within our supply chains, we have adopted various due diligence procedures, including a mandatory Supplier & Partner Due Diligence Questionnaire and contractual clauses requiring confirmation of compliance with anti-slavery laws. Our procedures are specifically designed to:

  • Establish and assess areas of potential risk in our business, with a particular focus on hospitality, construction, and overseas sourcing.
  • Monitor potential risk areas in our business and supply chains using risk-based auditing.
  • Reduce the risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains.
  • Provide adequate protection for employees and stakeholders who act as whistleblowers.

5. Risk and Compliance

The global leadership of Liberty Sports Group, LLC regularly evaluates the nature and extent of its exposure to the risk of modern slavery occurring. We have established an Executive Compliance Committee to oversee and ensure effective risk management occurs across the entire business portfolio. This Committee is responsible for ensuring the corporate risk register is kept up to date and that effective mitigations, including supply chain audits, are in place. While we consider our core North American operations to be low-risk, we place heightened scrutiny on supply chains involving temporary labor, construction, and global sourcing for Front Row Hospitality merchandise.

We require all our suppliers and contractors to confirm adherence to our Anti-Slavery Policy. We enforce a strict code of compliance and do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking. Any evidence of a failure to comply with our Policy or applicable laws will result in immediate investigation and, where appropriate, the termination of the business relationship.

6. Training

We invest in educating our staff to recognize the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains. Through our training programs, employees are encouraged to identify and report any potential breaches of our anti-slavery and human trafficking policy. All relevant employees, particularly those in procurement, human resources, and venue management, are required to complete an annual training module designed to enhance understanding of modern slavery indicators and the proper reporting procedures.

7. Further Actions and Sign-Off

Liberty Sports Group, LLC ensures that modern slavery and human trafficking issues are kept under regular review by the Executive Compliance Committee, supporting our commitment to GUEST-FIRST and ethical operations.

This statement is made in accordance with section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes the slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 2025.
